- Associate of Occupational Studies Degrees: 15 month programs with a three-month paid externship in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts , Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management , and Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking .
- Batchelor's Degree: Full-term degree with a 13 month externship in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management
Scottsdale also offers real-world restaurant experience through two student-run restaurants, L'Ecole and L'Academie. L'Ecole received Mobil's highest student rating of 3 stars.
